2021.9 have been published


I just realized that a September post was not published and just buried in draft posts. What a shame, sorry, folks :(

A brand new 2021.9 game release just was published on Patreon.
Working on a new demo to include fresh features: 

  • Tournaments! You can create a fighting schedule for up to 64 fighters, regenerate each character individually or load your own characters. Please, be aware that's is only a core part of the tournament system. It uses default fight settings with autofight.
  • Save and replay system for the fights! The very complex and important part brings us a step closer to the multiplayer
  • Two new locations that work only for the new game mode - "on the ground" fights. No standing, no kicks, just fight low.
  • Revamping "custom fight creator". Now you can select both characters with a dropdown list.
  • New WASD+QE camera mode! Enable with "C" key or with panel button.
  • Full Disable UI mode. The switch can be found in the lower-left screen corner.
  • Conditions application rework. Now each skill you use will have a special tag. (Right now we have only 'chocking' and 'humiliation' tag). And combining different tags you'll get different effects. Now, if you use 2 choking moves one after another - you will put your foe into a shocking stance and their energy regeneration will be reduced. This way you could reduce the enemy's energy without using energy strikes, for example. So you may use only submissions and still have access to different stances and conditions.
  • A new set of wrestling outfits, including masks, singlets, armbands, knee protectors, etc 
  • Clothing coloring rework. Now you're able to recolor most of the clothing to your own taste creating completely unique outfit sets. Later, this system will be implemented to every color option in the game: hair, makeup, tattoo, skin, etc.
  • 8 new moves and finishers. Sex submissions, holds, groin punches, etc.
  • A LOT of bug fixes and improvements were made in response to your reports. Big thanks to all of you, folks.

I gotta say something, a bit of a bug. On choking, it is easy to cheese a fight by choking the opponent and cycling choke moves so they can never get energy back. In 4 turns you can totally shut down an aggressive opponent, trivializing most fights.

I'd advise for choking, make choking raise the energy cost of moves on the choked. Combined with humiliation, moves that would cost 2 cost 4, 3 = 6 and 4 = 8, meaning that choking can cut the power of moves used but doesn't allow you to shut down the game. The opponent could potentially hit you with something to cut off your lockdown or make their game up in lower power moves.

It will be fixed by implementing other stances and statuses. Right now choking is pretty much the only available condition and of course, it seems overpowered. With other condition and stances in the game it will be better
